What is the minimum order quantity?+
200 units for OEM/ODM projects. Single units are available for evaluation samples before you commit to a volume order.
How long does a sample take?+
Stock configurations ship in 10 days. Customised units take 3 to 6 weeks depending on the change requested.
Which operating systems are supported?+
Windows 11, Ubuntu and Debian on x86 platforms; Ubuntu and Android on ARM platforms. Other distributions can be validated on request.
Do you provide drivers and 3D drawings?+
Yes, on request with the model number. Datasheets are revised for every hardware revision, so you always work from the current document.
What is the warranty?+
24 months on standard models, extendable to 36 months for volume projects. Spare units and replacement parts are stocked separately.
Can you pre-install our OS image?+
Yes. Private-label imaging, boot logo and locked BIOS settings are part of the branding option and ship as one SKU.
